We therefore proposed that the client use HEPA filters from a manufacturer already approved by them, offering a competitive price aligned with their production budget constraints.
We met their regulatory requirements by providing all necessary documentation: ISO 9001 certificate, EUROVENT certificate, and control certificates.
We implemented delivery in batches of 2, as requested. Each filter is supplied in an individual plastic bag with its own certificate of conformity and identified by its serial number, ensuring full traceability.
We also guarantee a supply lead time of 3 to 4 weeks, with the possibility of reducing this to 48 hours, free of charge, through the establishment of a buffer stock at our facility.
Our teams also recommended replacing the foam gasket initially specified in the requirements with a continuous rounded-edge gasket to improve system sealing. This modification was carried out by the client and proved effective:

Finally, adjustments were made to the filtration system to remove the flow direction marking on the filter, simplifying installation for operators and subsequent routine replacement by the client.
