The company, a specialist in multi-process surface treatment, supports its customers in carrying out metal parts treatment projects, from small to large production runs. The wide range of treatments effectively meets all anti-corrosion and functional requirements, regardless of the type of substrate (steel, aluminium, stainless steel, zamak, etc.).
Filtration challenge
The customer, equipped with a WWTP (wastewater treatment plant) to treat its process water, was using a filtration skid comprising 6 bag filters downstream of the clarifier to retain residual flocculants. However, the frequent and unpredictable replacement of the bags (several times per day, including weekends) generated high costs in consumables and maintenance.

Temperature: 90°C

The filter operates optimally, with no increase in ΔP, and exhibits stable behaviour. Thanks to the installation of the SCAMJYR, the customer was able to eliminate the use of the bag filters previously required.
